Final Sale Items
Certain items sold by Big Z Fishing Gear are marked as final sale and are non-refundable. These items include but are not limited to:

- Bulk orders

All final sale items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase. By completing your purchase of a final sale item, you acknowledge and agree that these items cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items
While final sale items are non-refundable, we stand behind the quality of our products.
